Alison Fourtner

Gary graduated from Tarleton State University then shortly thereafter began his career with State Farm in 2000 as an Auto Claims Adjuster. Then in 2003, he received the opportunity to work as a Fire Claims Adjuster, where he met his wife, Alison. In 2012, Gary joined Alison in the agency because he wanted to work alongside her and help grow the agency. He is very thorough in explaining details and his customer service, knowledge, and vast experience is unsurpassed!

Claire grew up in South Texas as the oldest of 8 children. She moved to Dallas in 2015 then started her insurance career with Alison in 2018. She loves getting to know people and helping everyone create the perfect insurance plan for their life and their belongings.

Tim graduated from Stephen F Austin State University with a BBA degree in Business Data Processing / Accounting. He took an early retirement after spending 32 years in Information Technology working directly with customers and now enjoys helping life go right for people with State Farm.

Norma is a North Texas native and has State Farm experience since 2013. She's bilingual and is a huge part of our customer care team. She truly enjoys providing policyholders with excellent customer service and loves to help people.

Victoria started with Alison in 2019. Victoria graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a degree in English and a degree in Justice Studies. She had previously worked as a legal secretary in Washington, DC before moving to Dallas. She enjoys helping people with all of their policy needs.

Mary graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in English and minor in marketing. She previously worked as a high school English teacher in a couple of different schools before joining our customer service team in 2023. She's excited about the transition from teaching and being able to help people with their insurance.
